In the spiritual formation cohort, you’ll learn how to grow and live from your true identity in Christ, cultivate a healthy God image, learn to read the Bible in proper context and apply it to your life, discover how God relates to us, and in turn how He invites us to relate to Him. The more Christ is formed in us, the more we experience the abundant life He has planned for us.

The Health & Wellnes cohort is based off an 8-week program called Fit4Purpose, designed to help you reach your optimal health. Whatever you do in this life, you will need your body to do it. Feeling your best is vital when walking in your God given purpose. Fit4Purpose helps people step out of diet culture and develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Students will learn how to feel their best by discovering the physiological and psychological cues that impact their eating habits and, ultimately, their total well-being! Let's make peace with food and find food freedom together!
Relational Health
Learn skills to build relationships that are marked by joy and authentic.

Coordinator & Coach: Angela Rush
Join us in exploring tools that foster healthy relationships across all aspects of our lives. Through a hyper-focus on core needs and soul care, this cohort will provide a clear route through the wall of unhealthy, repetitive behaviors, leading to the joy of discovering genuine love for ourselves and others. By faith, we will take the gift that our past experiences have given us, root them deeply in truth, and learn to navigate the world with resilience and confidence, allowing our unique relational strengths to flourish in any situation!
