G&P School of Leadership

Become the Leader You Were Already Made to Be

A nine-month journey to develop leaders who lead from identity, not insecurity; from grace, not grind. Build real skill. Become whole. Finish well.

Next journey begins 8.30.26  ·  Space is limited

Most leadership training builds skill. Almost none builds the leader.

You can learn strategy anywhere — a podcast, a book, or a conference on communication, conflict, and decision-making on any given Tuesday.

But here's what most leadership development misses: a leader who isn't whole will eventually lead from their wounds, no matter how skilled they are. Gifting can take you somewhere your character can't keep you.

At Grace & Purpose, we believe leadership is not a position you perform. It's an overflow of who you are in Christ. So we built a school that forms both: the skill and the soul.

This isn't training to make you look like a leader. It's formation to make you whole as one.

The Program

A nine-month journey from striving to strength

A leadership development program for emerging and established leaders who want to grow in skill, depth, and Christ-centered identity.

Over nine months you'll build the practical competencies every leader needs — and do the inner work most leaders never make time for. You won't just learn how to lead others. You'll learn to lead from a healed, secure, grace-rooted place that lasts.

We're not forming driven people who burn out doing things for God. We're forming healthy leaders who know how to live and lead with God.

The Rhythm

How the journey works

A rhythm designed for real life — learn on your schedule, grow in community.

Monthly Digital Labs

Live Digital Leader Lab

First Wednesday of each month (6:00pm EST). Two core topics: one that shapes our culture, one that builds your leadership skill.

Monthly In-Person

Sunday Gatherings

Once a month we gather on a Sunday for connection, prayer, testimony, and honest conversation. Where the learning gets personal and community gets real.

Orientation to Graduation

A Journey with Bookends

Opens with an orientation that sets the vision, closes with a graduation and celebration — sending you out as a New Covenant leader ready to reproduce what you've received.

New Covenant Culture

A Guiding Thread

Woven through all nine months — the language, values, and convictions that form leaders who lead from union, acceptance, and grace.

The Curriculum

Nine months. Nine foundations.

Every month develops a core leadership competency — built on the foundation of who you already are in Christ.

The Outcome

Who you'll become

By the end of nine months, you won't just know more about leadership. You'll be a different kind of leader.

  • A leader secure enough to be teachable.
  • A leader whose words and tone build unity instead of breaking it.
  • A leader who handles conflict with courage and grace.
  • A leader who sees the divine value in every person.
  • A leader who reproduces other leaders.
  • A leader who decides from faith, not fear.
  • A leader whose integrity holds when no one is watching.
  • A leader who has done the inner work to finish well.

A leader who leads from who they already are in Christ.

Dr. Travis Hall

A Word From Pastor Travis

I've watched too many gifted leaders start strong but finish broken — not because they lacked talent, but because nobody helped them tend the soul while they developed their skills. That's why we built this school. We're not interested in producing polished performers. We want to form whole leaders — rooted in grace, secure in their identity, and healed enough to last in leadership while loving it.

If you're ready to mine your leadership potential, or you're just beginning and want to start on the right foundation, I'd love for you to take this journey with us. Learn to grow from identity, not insecurity; from grace, not grind.
